ADAFIT Return and Exchange Policy

At ADAFIT, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a limited return and exchange policy under specific circumstances. Please review the policy below for details on how returns and exchanges are handled.


1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Non-Arrival: If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe.
  • Extremely Poor Condition: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or in extremely poor condition.

Please note: Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If your item qualifies for a return or exchange based on the conditions above, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your item (or the expected delivery date for non-arrival claims).

  2. Provide Evidence: Include photos of the damaged item and packaging, or proof of non-arrival (e.g., tracking information).

  3. Approval: Once we review your case, we will notify you if your return or exchange request is approved.

  4. Return Process: If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, including a return shipping label if applicable.


3. Return Shipping

For items that qualify for return or exchange:

  • Return Shipping Costs: ADAFIT will cover return shipping costs if the product arrives in poor condition or if the order does not arrive.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged and returned to us in its original condition.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will proceed as follows:

  • Refunds: If you choose a refund, the total amount paid for the item will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship a replacement item to you at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Note: If the item is out of stock, you may choose either a refund or an exchange for a similar item.


5. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Products

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Digital Products: All sales of digital products (including meal plans and fitness programs) are final and non-refundable.
  • Worn or Used Items: Items that show signs of wear or use after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Final Sale Items: Some items may be marked as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
