ADAFIT Shipping Policy

At ADAFIT, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery, and returns, as well as policies for our digital products, such as meal plans and fitness programs.
1. Shipping and Processing Times
- Processing Time: Orders for physical products (such as clothing) are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time: Delivery times depend on your location:
- Local Orders (within South Africa): Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
- International Orders: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days, depending on your location.
- Expedited Shipping: Available for select locations at an additional charge.
Please note that weekends and holidays may affect processing and shipping times.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, the size and weight of the order, and the shipping method chosen. You will see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.
3. Digital Products (Meal Plans and Fitness Programs)
All digital products, including meal plans and fitness programs, will be delivered electronically via email or through your ADAFIT account.
- Delivery: Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. You will receive a download link or access to your purchased digital content.
- Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of meal plans and fitness programs are final. These products cannot be refunded once purchased. Please ensure you review product details carefully before completing your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your physical product has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the delivery status of your order. For any issues with tracking or delays, please contact our support team.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package is damaged during shipping or lost in transit:
- Damaged Items: Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
- Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please notify us. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and take appropriate action, including replacement or refund if necessary.
6. Returns and Exchanges for Physical Products
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your physical products (e.g., clothing), you may return or exchange them under the following conditions:
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange unused items in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges: Exchanges for different sizes or colors are accepted, subject to availability. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, but we will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged item.
7. Non-Refundable Products
- Digital Products: All sales of digital products, including meal plans and fitness programs, are final and cannot be refunded.
- Final Sale Items: Some promotional or clearance items may be marked as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
8. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied to their order upon arrival in their country. ADAFIT is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
